2. Use License

Permission is granted to download and use the Unhook application for personal, non-commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials or source code.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise extract the source code of the App.
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time.

3. Disclaimer (Beta Software)

Unhook is currently in Beta. The software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".

We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. Further, we do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

4. Limitation of Liability

Please Read Carefully:

In no event shall Adam Wawrzynski or his suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

Specifically, we are not liable for:

• The blocking of any third-party applications or notifications (including missing important alerts, emergency calls, or time-sensitive messages).
• Any data loss resulting from synchronization errors between devices.
• The behavior or content of any 3rd party applications that Unhook monitors or blocks.

5. Subscriptions, Fees, and Refunds

Unhook currently offers a free tier and a waitlist for a PRO version. Future PRO subscriptions and lifetime purchases will be handled exclusively through the Google Play Store Billing System (or other official app store systems).

• Refunds: All financial transactions and refund requests are subject to the policies of the respective App Store.
• Modifications: We reserve the right to change subscription plans or pricing at any time, with notice provided to users.

6. Third-Party Content & Links

Unhook may link to external sites or display content from 3rd party sources. We have not reviewed all of the sites linked to our App and are not responsible for the contents of any such linked site or the accuracy of 3rd party content. Use of any such linked web site or content is at the user's own risk.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Poland. You agree that any dispute or claim arising out of these terms shall be settled by the courts located in Gdańsk, Poland.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By using the App, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Service.
